This section will be crucial when I discuss the changes that continue to be implemented to the

regulation and the importance of increased oversight to make absolutely sure that groups are

actually following it.

This instance, which we were discussing during my online class at the start of the term, is

Regulation and the fact that minority instructors in the NFL have been unable to be vetted for

directing openings, let alone having been employed by an NFL team, led the judge to regard this

as illegal. Minority applicants just weren’t afforded the equal privileges to interviews as other

non-minority applicants. This will become crucial when I get to the section of my thesis where I

discuss a situation I can use to link my thesis to.
