Religion Laws Analysis
The basis for the Islamic or Christian faith is built on the five the pillars that comprise Islam along with the 10 commandments. These laws establish a code of conduct for their adherents. It is a crime when people who belong to both religions fail to respect the laws. The ten commandments can be found in the Bible of the Christian faith, while the five pillars of Islam are found in the Quran of the Islam faith (Crane 13).
Both Islam religions, as well as the Christian faith both, believe in the existence of a single God. The first commandment in the Ten Commandments which are part of the Christian faith says that no one can have another God. This is a reference to having only God. It is the Islam rule that is known as Shahada (profession in faith) is like the first commandment, since the belief that God is the only god. God is the supreme ruler of Islam. Both laws are portrayed as a set of words in the Quran and the Bible. Shahada laws and also the First Commandment impose severe punishments for those who violate the laws.
